This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, usage-based billing, and enterprise contracts for the Norveth Engineering Intelligence Platform.
You can cancel your Norveth subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in your current cycle.
For first-time subscribers to our Pro and Team tiers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, contact support for a full refund. This does not apply to renewals or usage-based API overages.
Refunds and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed strictly by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed during procurement. Please consult your dedicated account manager for specifics regarding enterprise billing disputes.
If you believe there has been an error in your billing (e.g., you were charged after cancellation, or charged the wrong amount), please contact billing@norveth.app within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and immediately refund any erroneous charges.
