Payment and refunds
How to pay
Payment details are sent with your invoice (UPI for India, PayPal/bank transfer internationally).
Nothing is paid until the price and scope are confirmed to you in writing by email from hello@norveth.app. Payment details only ever arrive attached to that invoice; if anyone sends you different details, email us first.
Card and netbanking (India)
Razorpay payment links for card and netbanking are coming soon. Until then, UPI (details on your invoice) is the fastest way.
International clients (USD)
Invoice via PayPal or bank transfer. Once scope and price are agreed in writing, you receive an invoice for the 50% advance; the balance is invoiced on delivery. Prices are in USD; any PayPal or bank fees on your side are yours, fees on ours are ours.
Terms
- 50% advance, 50% on delivery
- Work starts when the advance is received (UPI in India; PayPal or bank transfer invoice elsewhere). You pay the balance after you've seen the finished work and are satisfied it matches what we agreed.
- Price agreed in writing first
- The price, what's included and the delivery time are confirmed by email before you pay. If you ask for something outside that, you get a separate price first and you decide.
- One free round of changes
- After delivery, send all your changes together and they're done free. Further rounds, or new things not in the original scope, are quoted separately.
- Delivery time
- The clock starts when we have both the advance and what we need from you (details, photos, logins). Delays caused by third parties, such as Google verification or your domain registrar, don't count against it.
- Handover
- Once the balance is paid you get all logins and files. Domains and accounts are set up in your name.
Refund policy
- Change your mind before work starts: full refund of the advance.
- We miss the agreed delivery time by more than 3 days: you can cancel and get the full advance back.
- We can't deliver what was agreed, even after the free revision round: full refund of the advance, and you owe nothing more.
- Work is delivered as agreed: no refund of the advance, and the balance is due. This is fair to both sides because the work is done and yours to keep.
- Refunds go back the way you paid (UPI, PayPal or bank account) within 7 working days.
