Is 48 hours real?
Yes for the Fix Pack, the one-page website and the WhatsApp + Google setup, counted from when we have your details and access. Two things can take longer and are outside our control: Google verifying a new Business Profile, and domain changes spreading across the internet (usually a few hours). Custom automation is quoted separately, usually 3 to 7 days.
What if I don't like the result?
You get one free round of changes. If we still haven't delivered what we agreed in writing, you don't pay the balance and we refund the advance. The full refund policy is on the payment page.
How do I pay?
Small projects: nothing up front. We deliver, you check it, and you pay only when you're happy, by card or bank transfer through a secure Payoneer link. Larger builds take an agreed deposit.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are listed in US dollars, and you can pay in any major currency. Do you offer discounts?
Launch prices are on: up to 26% off our regular rates on every service. Free preview first, and you pay only when it's live and you're happy. Otherwise prices are fixed and the same for everyone in a market.
Are there monthly charges after?
Only if you choose a monthly plan (care plan, Reviews & Maps, payment reminders). A one-page website includes hosting for the first year. After that, hosting for a simple site is usually free or very cheap, and we tell you the exact cost before renewal. Your domain renews at whatever the registrar charges; it stays in your name.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and you get all logins when the work is paid for.
